CGPSC Recruitment 2022 Education qualification

Candidates should have graduation degree/ Engineering in specified subject from a recognized board/ university with additional eligibility as maintained in the official notification.

Mining Officer / Assistant Geologist – Post Graduate in Geologist OR in Practical (Prayogik) Geology M.Tech in Applied Geology.

Mining Inspector – candidate should passed Graduate in science including Geology OR Patropaadhi in Mining Engineering.

Selected candidates will be get the pay scale for mining Inspector – Rs. 28700/- (Level 7), Mining Officer – Rs – 56100/- (Level 12) and for Assistant Geologist – Rs. 56100/- (Level 12).

Candidates must be between 21 years to 30 years as on 1^st January 2022

Application Fee

The candidates from reserved category are required to pay the Application fee of Rs. 300 whereas Rs. 400/- is applicable to candidates from other category.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for given posts in two stages first – Written Exam (Objective type) and Personal interview. In the written examination 150 questions (300 Marks) will be asked in which 50 questions (100 Marks) from General Knowledge and 100 questions (200 Marks) from earth science.
