About CISCE Board

Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations is the regulatory authority for schooling with affiliated schools across India. This Council was established in 1952. This regulatory body also conducts three examinations, namely, the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE –Class X); The Indian School Certificate (ISC – Class XII), and the Certificate in Vocational Education (CVE – Year 12).

Conditions and Criteria to be fulfilled by Students

  • A student must maintain at least 75% attendance.
  • Apart from 3 subjects, students are mandatory to select additional 3 subjects either from Group I or Group II. The subjects are English, A second Language (one/ two), History, Civics, and Geography.
  • The minimum passing percentage is 33% for every Subject.
