The story of the film Khaali Peeli is based on the story of two childhood sweetheart Pooja (Aanaya Panday) and Blackie (Ishaan Khattar) who are separated because of specific circumstances in childhood. Pooja, now a prostitute, decides to run away from the whorehouse at the age of 18 with a bag full of money. She jumps into a Blackie, who is very ‘Chalu’ Bombay taxi driver. He agrees to give freedom in return for huge money.
