Apex Professional University (APU) is located at the Pasighat, District East Siang in Arunachal Pradesh (INDIA) and build in 2013.The Apex Professional University is accredited by the University Grants Commission. Apex Professional University is an externally funded State University established in Arunachal Pradesh State and enlisted of University Grants Commission. It is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model between the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Apex Foundation, Bangalore.
Under this model, many representatives of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh form part of the Senior Management of the University. In 2012, Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly has passed Apex Professional University Act, which received Governor of Arunachal Pradesh assent on 8 May 2013 Apex Professional University offered several courses in their university and different department for different courses.
