Education Qualification
Junior Clerk – 12th Pass (Intermediate) with 50% marks OR graduate or above from any recognized University OR institution. Provided that the candidates should has passed matric and 10+2 from any school situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall however, not apply to bonfire himachalis.
Steno/ Steno Typists – candidates should pass 10+2 with 50% marks or equivalent of a recognized board/ university OR a graduate OR above. Provided that the candidates should has passed matric and 10+2 from any school situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall however, not apply to bonafide himachalis
Also pass in shorthand with a speed of 80 words per minute in English and 70 words per minute in Hindi in the skill test to be conduct by the HPSC bank.
Also pass I n typewriting test with a speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minutes in Hindi typewriting in the skill test to be conduct by the HPSC bank
Age Limit
The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. The candidates who born between 02/01/1976 and 01/01/2003 are eligible
Pay Scale
All the post will be filed on regular basic in the pay scale having pay band of Rs. 10300 – 34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 3200/-.

General category, OBC, WFF, Physically Handicapped, Ex-serviceman – Rs.1000/-
SC, ST, BPL, Antodaya, WES, and female candidates from all category – Rs. 800/-
