Note – Application for Ministry of Defense Recruitment 2021 are required to submit in prescribed format through offline mode only.
Candidates who is eligible and interested can send their offline application in prescrived format through offline mode only. They need to send their filled application to Commandant, 41 FAD, PIN – 909741, C/O 56 APO through ordinary post OR registered post OR speed post (no application will be appceted by hand)

Medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner for physical fitness
Note – candidates are advice to attach self attested copies of given document as applicable along with (size 12 x 18 cm) one self addressed registered envelope with 25/- postage stamp.
