Students willing to apply for JEECUP 2021 need to fill UP Polytechnic JEECUP Online Form 2021 for this year’s admission. Joint Entrance Examinations Council (Polytechnic), UP has started accepting applications from students across the state. Students who have completed the 12th exams and need to get admission into various engineering and diploma courses must check the eligibility details and other instructions required for UP Polytechnic Online Application Form 2021.

About JEECUP 2021

The Joint Entrance Examinations Council Uttar Pradesh, is the heading authority that conducts annual entrance test for admission seekers. The state engineering colleges and institutions provide admission to deserving students through the UPJEE 2021 entrance test. Students participate in this test to get admission into UG and PG courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, and diploma courses. Students must submit their online applications for UP Polytechnic Entrance test as no offline or handwritten exam form will be accepted.

UP Polytechnic Form 2021

The council has finalized the dates for application submission and entrance test. The desirous candidates can fill UP Polytechnic Form 2021 from 26th February till the final week of March 2021. The UP JEE Exam will be held from 15th – 20th June 2021. The final score in UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam Result will be announced within 10 days from the exam’s conduct.

Eligibility for UP Polytechnic Application Form 2021

• The minimum percentage required for admission is 35% in 10^th (Aggregate) and at least 30% marks in each Physics, Maths, Chemistry, and Biology.
• There is no upper age limit but candidates must have attained 14 years of age as on 01-07-2021.

JEECUP 2021 Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the General/OBC categories must pay Rs. 350/- (including bank charges) while for SC/ST Candidates it’s Rs. 250/- (covering bank charges).

Note:

• The fee may be paid by net banking/credit/debit card etc. Application fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances. Fee will be accepted through online mode only.
• Candidates may pay the application/examination fees through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking service.
• Applicants can also deposit the cash fees in any branch of SBI/ICICI through e-challan after filling the UP Polytechnic Application Form 2021.

How to fill UP Polytechnic JEECUP Online form 2021

• Applicants must visit the official JEECUP Portal for application and registrations which is, nic.in.
• Applications sent by post are subject to rejection.
• First of all, students need to get registered at the portal using their valid email ID and phone number.
• After registration, enter your details in UP Polytechnic JEECUP Online form 2021.
• Upload scanned copy of your recent passport-sized photograph and signature (JPG/JPEG format).
• Pay the asked fee in order to complete the registration.
• Press the Final submit button and download a pdf file for future references.

Documents required filling JEECUP Online Application Form 2021

Students will be asked to upload or mention details related to their previous education and or personal history. Therefore, the following documents and certificates must be kept ready while filling UP Polytechnic JEECUP Online form 2021.

• Mark sheet/Passing certificate of the last semester/Degree certificate for the highest qualification.
• Date of birth certificate (Xth mark sheet).
• Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• PwD Certificate (If applicable)
• Aadhaar Card
• Valid Id proof such as Bank details/Voter Id/Passport/Ration card/PAN card or any Government Id.
• Scanned Photograph and Signature
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificates (If applicable)

Instructions for Uploading scanned photograph and signature

• The candidate’s photograph must not be older than 3 months.
• Photograph must be coloured having candidate’s name and date of taking a photograph printed.
• It should be without a cap and goggles.
• Polaroid or blurred photograph will not be acceptable.
• The passport-sized photograph must be JPEG format and 10KB to 200KB in size, whose dimension must be 5cm x 4.5cm.
• The signature image must be JPEG format and 4KB to 30KB in size, whose dimension must be 5cm x 1.5cm.

UP Polytechnic JEECUP Admit Card 2021

• Candidates can Download UP Polytechnic JEECUP Admit Card 2021 online from June first-week tentatively.
• The hall tickets shall not be sent via post and will be uploaded to the official website only.
• There will no entry for candidates without having UP Polytechnic JEECUP Admit Card 2021.
• Candidates are advised to check the exam-related details (Address, Centre Code, Centre Name, Date & Time of exam, Reporting time) very carefully.

UP Polytechnic 2021 Cutoff

The Cut off list will be published only after the result. The Cut off is totally based on marks secured by the candidates in entrance exam. After the result, the cut off of all the groups and programmes will be published as it is shown above.
